Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is considered accepted when we send a shipping confirmation email.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Shipping

Returns & Refunds

Product Availability

We make every effort to keep our inventory accurate. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

Warranty

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Tennessee.
